Sinupret oral drops solution 100 ml Bionorica(for acute and chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses) belongs to the drug group:phytotherapeutic preparations and can be used based on the doctor's recommendation in medical conditions such as: flu, pneumonia, cold, cold in children, sinusitis medicinal plants:extract of cowslip (Primula officinalis), elderflower extract (Sambucus nigra),  gentiana extract (Gentiana lutea), verbena extract (Verbena officinalis).

Indications:
Sinupret oral drops solution is an herbal medicine for the treatment of acute and chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses. It is indicated in children from 2 years of age, adolescents and adults.

Contraindications:
Do not use Sinupret oral drops solution:
- if you are allergic to gentian root, aerial parts of verbena, aerial parts of sorrel, elderflowers, cowslip flowers or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Precautions:
Before using Sinupret oral drops solution, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy, lactation and fertility:
For safety reasons, Sinupret oral drops solution should only be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding after a strict risk-benefit assessment by your doctor.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. 

Driving and using machines:
No special precautions are required.

Dosage:
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the recommended dose is:
- Children aged 2 to 5 years: 45 drops (15 drops 3 times a day), equivalent to 2.7 ml;
- Children aged 6 to 11 years: 75 drops (25 drops 3 times a day), equivalent to 4.5 ml;
- Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older: 150 drops (50 drops 3 times daily), equivalent to 9.0 ml

If necessary, Sinupret oral drops solution can be administered with a sufficient amount of liquid (e.g. with a glass of water) to mask the bitter taste when administered to children. Sinupret can be taken with a meal, with an amount of liquid, or independently of meals. If you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended that you take Sinupret after meals.

Composition:

- The active substances are: One ml oral drops solution contains: 283 mg extract (drug-extract ratio 1:11) of gentian root, cut; aerial parts of verbena, cut; aerial parts of sorrel, cut; elderflowers, ground; flowers of cowslip with calyx, cut; (1:3:3:3:3); extraction solvent: ethanol 59% (v/v). One ml oral drops solution contains 17 drops.
- The other component is: purified water.
