Virbac epi-otic(r) advanced ear cleanser for dogs and cat’s Epi-Optic advanced pet ear cleanser is a well-tolerated, efficient ear cleaner that facilitates the removal of cellular debris and excessive wax, as well as the drying of the ear canal. The inclusion of monosaccharides offers a soothing effect (anti-irritant), as well as, limiting the bonding of microorganisms (anti-adhesive) to the skin's surface. Because of its neutral pH, Epi-Optic advanced ear cleanser should not interfere with other ear preparations. The pH (7.4) of the Virbac Eye Cleanser is the same as that of the tear fluid of dogs and cats. It contains floral extracts with sedative properties, as well as salicylic acid and boric acid in very low quantities, which helps soften and remove dried secretions.
