SPECIAL WARNINGS
Special warnings for each target species
It doesn't exist.
Special precautions for use in animals
The use of the product must be based on the results of susceptibility tests of the bacteria isolated from the animal. If this is not possible, treatment should be based on local (regional, farm-level) epidemiological information on the susceptibility of the target bacteria. Official, national and regional antimicrobial policies should be considered when using the product. Use of the product outside of the instructions provided in the SmPC may increase the prevalence of bacteria resistant to amoxicillin and may decrease the effectiveness of treatment due to the potential for cross-resistance.
Special precautions to be taken by the person administering the veterinary medicinal product to animals
In case of accidental self-injection, immediately seek medical advice and present the product leaflet or label. People with known hypersensitivity to amoxicillin should avoid contact with the veterinary medicinal product.
Gestation and lactation
This veterinary medicinal product can be used in animals during pregnancy. Considering the reduced elimination of amoxicillin through milk, during treatment with this product, milk obtained from treated animals can be administered to young animals.
Interactions with other medicinal products or other forms of interaction
Do not associate with bacteriostatic antibiotics.
