It is applied locally on the skin, at the base of the neck in front of the shoulder blades in one place. Do not apply when the animal's fur is wet.
Treatment schedule:
- fleas : administered at monthly intervals and continued throughout the season
- heartworm prevention: administered throughout the year or at least one month before the animal's first exposure to mosquitoes and then monthly until the end of the mosquito season. The last dose must be applied within one month of the last exposure to mosquitoes. If a dose is missed and a monthly interval between doses is exceeded, immediate administration of the product and resumption of monthly doses will minimize the possibility of adult heartworm development.
